Our DST consulting team is based in Tualatin, Oregon, and Sarasota, Florida.  We have been helping investors successfully for over 30 years with their property holdings, utilizing 1031 Exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), real estate securities, and designing tax-efficient transition strategies. 

Our approach is centered around using a fiduciary approach to understand a client’s specific objectives, educating clients on all available options, and proposing strategies that will best accomplish their objectives in a tax-efficient manner. 

The two leading Advisors on our team (Al DiNicola and Paul McIntyre) have been conducting research on DST 1031-type investments for decades, both have been commercial real estate licensed for over 30 years and are available to assist investors with their 1031, 1033, or Opportunity Zone transactions.    They are co-authors of DST Wealth Building, now in its 3rd Edition, available for sale at Amazon.

Much of our time is devoted to researching DST sponsors, investment offering details, and market research on potential replacement properties.  For us, this is a year-round, full-time activity.
